Front curtain (including header curtain): 3mm thick double-sided black PVC reinforced fibre mesh belt; header curtain shall be adjustable to accommodate various lorry heights;

Side curtains: Side curtains shall possess sufficient elasticity to fit lorries of varying widths.

Balancing system: Tension spring mounted on profile;

Frame: Custom-made aluminium alloy profile telescopic scissor frame.

Door seal surface material: High-quality neoprene fibre rubber or polyethylene-based fibre fabric. Neoprene fibre rubber offers superior abrasion resistance, withstanding no fewer than 30,000 abrasion cycles.

Applications

Mechanical door seals provide effective sealing between vehicles and warehouse spaces. Constructed from durable, abrasion-resistant fibre materials, they fully enclose the periphery of lorries or containers.
